Description Initialize the SDK. Parameters SubDir [in] The sub-directory containing the SDK component files. To use the default sub-directory ‘ScnLib.DLLs’, pass an empty string or a zero value. Alternatively, you can rename the default sub-directory to a custom name and provide that name to this function. Note that only a single-level sub-directory is valid. Return Value If the SDK is initialized successfully, the return value is TRUE. Otherwise, the return value is FALSE. Remarks Use this function to initialize the SDK. Before utilizing any SDK APIs, this function must be called, with the exception of the following: ScnLib_About() ScnLib_SetLicenseA/W() ScnLib_SetLogPathA/W() ScnLib_GetLogPathA/W() ScnLib_CheckComponents() ScnLib_Uninitialize() Using other APIs without first initializing the SDK could lead to undefined behavior. If initialization fails, refer to the log file for more information, provided you have set a valid log file path with ScnLib_SetLogPathA/W(). Furthermore, ensure to call ScnLib_Uninitialize() after you have finished using the SDK.
