Q: I got no sound / audio recorded. How to fix this?

A: Run ZD Soft Screen Recorder, select Custom Screen Recording in the wizard (skip this step if not wizard mode), and then open the Audio settings tab:

  1. If you are going to record the sound you hear from speakers or headphone, you need to check the Capture speaker / headphone option.
  2. If you are going to record your voice you speak to a microphone, you need to check the Capture microphone / line-in option.
  3. If you are going to record both the system audio and your voice, you need to check both of the two options mentioned above.
